1) Do you cater?
We do indeed have a catering menu! We offer a variety of platters to-go, including options such as whole chickens with sides, our chicken wrap platters, sandwich platters and also catering salads!
2) Is your chicken low sodium?
Yes, we are proud that our chicken is low in sodium! We brine our chicken with many seasonings, and salt is only a small fraction of the brine we use!
3) Is your chicken gluten free?
Yes absolutely!
4) What allergens are present in your food?
We do cook a variety of mixed nuts, so our kitchen does have almonds & cashews, but aside from that the main allergens present are onions, garlic and we do use dairy products!
5) Is anything on the menu fried?
Only our Yard Fries and the Brussel Sprout Croutons! Nothing else touches a fryer. We pride ourselves on relying on grilled chicken and fresh produce!
6) Are your sauces gluten free?
Yes indeed! Our sauces contain lots of flavor but no gluten!
