Our Story

A few summers ago, in a backyard far far away… there were three friends ready to grill some food and sink some cold beverages, and one says to the other “how do you want to cook the chicken?”. This sounds like the setup to a cheesy joke, except instead of a punchline, what followed was a several-hour long debate that went into the night about how to perfectly grill chicken, and what sauce goes best with it. The next morning, there was still no clear answer.

After several weeks of tasting, chopping, sauteing, seasoning, simmering, and of course grilling, all three friends finally agreed on one thing: they agreed on one method of cooking but could not settle on the sauce. So, they decided to make a grilled chicken kitchen where they could offer all three condiments! Thus was born Roostr Yard. Our aim is simple – to give you summer vibes on a plate, all year long!

Our grilled chicken market is a place you can go to refuel during an exhausting day at work, or when you’re in need of some clean protein after a gruelling workout, or maybe you join us on a random afternoon when you’re craving some fries & mac & cheese!
