A few summers ago, in a backyard not so far away, three friends gathered to grill, crack open cold drinks, and do what friends do best: argue about food. Someone casually asked, “So… how should you cook chicken?” What followed was not a joke, but a hours-long debate that stretched deep into the night. By morning, the drinks were gone, the grill was cold, and there was still no clear winner.

Weeks passed filled with tasting, chopping, sautéing, seasoning, simmering, and of course, grilling. Eventually, they agreed on the perfect way to grill chicken.
